Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy! Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa ,Mastercard,Maestro and solo debit and credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling
We deliver FREE to all Uk mainland destinations provided the order is over £35 ex VAT. Parcels are on a 48hrs service when they have left here unless you specify express 24 hrs when there will be a charge of £5 per parcel. Deliveries are made between 07.00 to 19.00 Monday to Friday,unfortunately we are unable to control the time of delivery. For orders below this please add £3.95 p&p. There is a £5.00 charge for all orders to Ireland,the isles of scilly and the isle of man. For Channel Islands and overseas orders please call 01789 765323. The 10 % discount applies only to orders received online. All other offers in the catalogue are not applicable to the website. From time to time there will be "clearance" items available, these items will NOT attract the 10% discount. |

Back Orders
We aim to keep these to a minimum however in exceptional circumstances and with direct delivery items we may need to "back order". If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or tell us to send it on to you when it comes in, we will keep you updated as to its progress. |
