Making A Purchase

Making a purchase is easy! Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

The quantity you require can be changed by viewing the product in your basket.

We accept Visa ,Mastercard,Maestro and solo debit and credit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

We deliver FREE to all Uk mainland destinations provided the order is over £29 ex VAT

For orders below this please add £3.95 p&p.

Parcels over 2kgs are on a 48hrs service when they have left here unless you specify express 24 hrs when there will be a charge of £5.50 per parcel.

Parcels under 2kg go with Royal Mail on 2nd class service unless you specify 1st class when there will be a charge of £1 on top of any other postal charge.

Deliveries are made between 07.00 to 19.00 Monday to Friday,unfortunately we are unable to control the time of delivery.

There is a £6.00 charge for all orders to Ireland,the Isles of Scilly,the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man.

For Channel Islands there is a shipping charge of £12.45 per order.

From time to time there will be "clearance" items available, these items will NOT attract any discount.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order as soon as we can. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders depend on the region.

Back Orders

We aim to keep these to a minimum however in exceptional circumstances and with direct delivery items we may need to "back order".

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or tell us to send it on to you when it comes in, we will keep you updated as to its progress.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee,we will refund you in full provided the product is returned in its original packaging and is in a re saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge for the goods if they are not in saleable condition when we recieve them back.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return any goods you will need to advise us first,you will be responsible for the return postal cost,if the product is undamaged and in its original packaging we will refund you in full,there is no "re stocking" fee.
